First, I want to say thank you to Helen from Razi. She was great to work with. Due to the tarrif stuff going on in the US this took longer to get through customs. Helen stayed on top of the entire process. I had never ordered from Alibaba before, so understandibly I had some doubts having shuffled out a couple thousand dollars and three months with no delivery. (It was late due to the change in tarrif stuff) None the less, the delivery was made today. This saw is seriously top notch. When it comes to tile saws these folks apparently really have perfected that craft. The tollerances on this thing are amazing. True workmanship in every detail. As a person buying from the US I would say that this vendor can be trusted based on my experience. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company. Thank you again Helen!
